Clairaudience is having the ability to hear messages from someone without a physical body. There are some that can hear spirit as if a voice has come from inside their head, (their interior consciousness), but it is quite possible to hear it from outside as though the voice is coming from across the room.

Mediums with this faculty hear the voices of spirit people as distinct as though the person is in the flesh. When a medium is in the habit of talking to one particular communicator, they immediately recognise the characteristics of that voice.

Spiritual Clairaudience is a power, which enables mediums to be receptive to sounds or vibrations from the world of spirit.

To be able to achieve this you must relax and listen to the stillness, the voice within the voice of consciousness. I find it helpful to concentrate on my throat chakra. This is how to develop clairaudience or clear hearing.

Your inner voice, the voice of consciousness can be heard, just listen and respond to the vibrations from the higher world. Your mind can interpret a sound within the silence, which come to you from your spirit friends. Spiritual things are not heard with the physical ear, but the spirit ear. It is possible for you whilst you are still in your body, to raise your consciousness to higher planes of existence and in this state you can be deaf to the noises of the physical plane.

During the silence it is possible to hear a pin drop onto the surface of a carpet. This is because your hearing faculty is heightened during meditation. With patience, everyone can develop this and is able to experience different spiritual noises. Even whispering in the room of spirit friends near, is so real and not a bit frightening.

Thoughts can actually be heard, because they make vibrations at a mental level, as in the spirit world a thought is sent forward and instantly received by a particular person. So a thought from a particular guide or spirit person can actually be heard. All our thoughts are registered in the next world.
